These spicy gummy rings ended up being a really fun surprise. I have a very low spice tolerance, to the point where even the mild salsa at Chipotle can sometimes be a bit much for me, so I was a little hesitant going in. That said, I found these very manageable. I would definitely describe them as mild rather than medium spicy.
